Account Deletion Policy

Introduction

At Mighty45, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Our guiding principle is to only keep your data as long as you want us to. This Account Deletion Policy explains the process and implications of deleting your account with us. This policy includes the following services and applications.

 

  • Organizations data.

  • Android Client Application (Mighty45) at the Play Store Listing here.

  • iOS Client Application (Mighty45)

Request Account Deletion

  • You can request the deletion of your account by emailing support@mighty45.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." You must send the email from the email address associated with the account.

  • Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity for security purposes before proceeding with the deletion.

  • Once we have verified your identity, we will begin the deletion process and notify you within 48 hours of completion.

  • For Mighty45 app clients, the Android app is "Mighty45" under the developer name "Barry Velasquez."

  • For Mighty45 iOS app clients, the iOS app is "Mighty45" under the developer name "Barry Velasquez."

 

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted:

  • Deleting your account will erase all personal data associated with your account from our databases. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, and any other identifiable information.

  • All content you have created, such as posts, comments, or messages, will also be deleted.

  • Please note that some anonymized, non-personal data may remain in our system logs or analytics databases, but this data cannot be linked back to you in any way.

  • For clients of coaches in Mighty45, only the client's data will be deleted. Not the organization's.

  • For organizations, all data will be deleted, including client's of the organization.

 

Recovery of Deleted Account:

  • Once your account is deleted, the process is irreversible. You will not be able to recover any data or access your account again.

  • If you choose to use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account.

 

Third-Party Services:

  • We are not responsible for the data handling and deletion policies of third-party services.

 

Changes to This Policy:

  • Mighty45 LLC reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our website or through other communication channels.
